3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use WebDevVisuals. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use this service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

WebDevVisuals offers the following access tiers:

  • Free — Access to all free visuals and limited collections, with no credit card required, always free.
  • 1 Month Pass — Full access to all visuals and collections for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Lifetime Access — Permanent, one-time purchase granting full access to all current and future visuals and collections.

Access is granted for personal, educational use only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on WebDevVisuals including but not limited to visuals, collections, written content, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of WebDevVisuals and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Purchasing a plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal learning and application in your own projects. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content from WebDevVisuals
  • Reproduce or publish our materials on other platforms without written permission
  • Claim ownership or authorship of any WebDevVisuals content

7. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider. WebDevVisuals does not store your payment details directly.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and authorize the applicable charge for your selected plan.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing content you paid for, contact us at alicalimli@webdevvisuals.com and we will work to resolve it promptly. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, partial use, or inactivity during an access period.

9. Email Communications

By creating an account, you may receive:

  • Transactional emails — such as purchase confirmations and account-related notifications (required, cannot be opted out of while your account is active)
  • Product update emails — such as new visuals, platform updates, and tips (optional; you may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email)

10. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data such as your name, email, and usage information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using WebDevVisuals, you consent to this data handling as described.

We use anonymous analytics (via Umami) to understand how users interact with the platform. No personally identifiable data is collected through analytics.

11. Platform Interactions

WebDevVisuals is a read-only platform, users cannot post, publish, or submit public content. The only interactions available to registered users are:

  • Liking visuals to save personal favorites
  • Bookmarking visuals or collections for later reference

These interactions are saved to your account and are private to you. They do not constitute user-generated content and are not visible to other users.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WebDevVisuals to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the platform in bulk
  • Interfere with the security or performance of the platform

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

WebDevVisuals is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Educational outcomes vary by individual effort and are not guaranteed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebDevVisuals and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its content.

15. Account Termination

WebDevVisuals reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

  • Engage in conduct that harms the platform, other users, or WebDevVisuals

If your account is terminated for a violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining access period.
